How to use Essential Oils

Topically: 
Many oils can be safe and beneficial when applied directly to skin. Some can be irriating and need to be mixed with a carrier oil. When you order you get directions or you know your body. If you are easily irritated use a carrier oil to be safe.
It only takes 2 -3 drops to massage over the desired area. You can repeat as necessary

Aromatically: 
Rub 2-3 drops on palms or wrist and inhale
Add a few drops to a boil of hot water. Cover your head and bowl with a towel. Breathe deeply and slowly.
Use 6 - 10 drops in a diffuser. -- I usually do not use that many drops and still get an amazing aroma

Internally: 
Tips for using internally:
Place several drops of oil into a gelatin capsule and swallow
Add 1 -2 drops to water, juice, yogurt, and more
Just add 1 -2 drops  to your meals.
