Ok so peppermint is my go to for everything!

For a Headache, I dab a little peppermint, neckache I rub a little on my neck, I LOVE taking a relaxing bath, if I a few drops in my bath water makes an amazing tranquil bath that smells fantastic.

This in NO way takes the place of my inhaler but It helps me use my rescue inhaler less.
