Benefits and uses of Manuka Essential Oil

Manuka essential oil comes from the myrtle family, Myrtaceae, and is native to Australia and New Zealand. Steam distilled from the leaves and stems of the plant, Manuka oil has a woodsy, slightly sweet scent. Manuka essential oil can be compared to Tea Tree essential oil, as Manuka oil benefits the skin in a similar way.

Blends well with a citrus oil such as Tangerine, Orange, or Grapefruit to create a refreshing environment.

Other uses: 

• Apply a few drops of Manuka essential oil before shampooing your hair to invigorate your scalp. 
•  can help reduce the appearance of blemishes
• Add it to your favorite skin care products to help your skin stay bright and healthy-looking.

Headache relief without the pills

For months now I've been using Essential Oils for headaches.  Once i put a little on my temple the headache is gone in seconds. I feel much better reaching for Oils than pills! They are much better for my body. They will not effect my liver and kidneys like pills do. 

I made a  mixture of these three and put it in a roller ball so I can use anywhere! The mixture is super easy too!! 

5 - 10 drops of each. I added a little Frankincense  in mine for good measure. Another super easy way to eliminate taking pills!

Make pain disappear with Deep Relief

Sore muscles, achy back, arthritis --This works wonders!!! From personal experience Just roll a little on and relief is almost instant. My husband was sooo skeptical of oils in fact he fought me for months before trying. Then one day his sister brought a roll of Deep Relief and I put it on him.
