 So what is an essential oil?

 Essential oils are the most powerful part of the plant. They are the aromatic liquids found within shrubs, flowers, trees, roots, bushes, resins, and seeds. Some people like to call essential oils “nature’s living energy” because they contain unique constituents that provide a host of benefits. Plant juice works, too! ;)

 Most essential oils are extracted from plant sources using steam distillation and are highly concentrated, making them far more potent than dried botanicals. Essential oils are volatile, which means that the scent of the oil rises quickly into the air. They are also versatile, with a wide variety of uses. Some people use essential oils to enliven an environment, support different body systems, or just for their great scents.

 In humans, they provide support for EVERY SYSTEM in the body: your skeletal system, your muscular system, circulatory system, your muscular system, circulatory system, endocrine system and your hormones, respiratory system and immune system. They support brain health and healthy weight. They are used extensively for emotions and for spiritual support in your prayer life. An oil in a diffuser can soothe a child’s tough day at school and provide a calming effect when you’ve had a stressful day at work.

 Oils can be used as an alternative to cleaning chemicals in the home. You can literally start swapping out every single chemical cleaning toxin in your home to live a purer lifestyle, and you can do it without breaking the bank!! There are about 300 oils on the earth; but you only need 10-20 to build a good first aid kit. However you choose to use essential oils, chances are someone else has tried that same use in the past. All natural Congestion relief

One week back to school and everyone in the house already has the sniffles. Blah of course that was bound to happen, if only I would have used Thieves to prevent it. But since I didn't I searched for an all natural/toxin free way to get rid of the congestion.

The recipe was super easy to find and super easy to make. All three of the oils included are essential at my house so I had them on hand.

I diffused 2 drops Peppermint, 2 drops lavender, and 2 drops of lemon all night while we slept. The next morning when I woke up, I asked my husband if his congestion was better. He was like yeah, why what did you do?

He started out being my worst skeptic so I NEVER tell him when I'm trying something new. I figure whether he feels a difference or not is not a subconscious thing. But he quickly coming around to be a huge believer especially since the Deep Relief helps him so much.

I have been waking up without congestion ever since we started diffusing this blend. I also don't have a hard time sleeping because of the sinus drip. I love this blend and started using it in my children's rooms as well!

How to avoid Chemicals in our Cleaners and Laundry room!

We have already talked about Toxins in our bathroom. Now let's move on to the kitchen and laundry room. Yep they're there too. It's really sad to think about by majority of our cleaning products have chemicals. 

Yes they are approved but the small amount in that one product. So I guess they are assuming you use one product. Do you use one product a day?? Nope, neither do I.  The average woman uses 12 different products a day which equals a whopping 168 chemicals complied on your skin a day. 

What do you think happens to those 168 toxins you use a day? Of course, they are absorbed through your skin or inhaled. According to the BPA some of these toxins are known to cause cancer, infertility, asthma among others disturbing truths.  

Now you understand I didn't make this up, right? The BPA is no way associated with YoungLiving. So there is no benefit to them but to educate us. It's time for us to take our heath in OUR hands. Not leave it to the big companies to decide what goes in our bodies. They are not dedicated to keeping you healthy, are they? Doubtful, highly doubtful.

Why Acceptance Oil is for you
